We recognize that ours is a global economy and that one needs an international exposure to remain competitive. For this reason we started a Mexican manufacturing operation in 1997 with the aim of providing a lower-cost alternative for products that cannot be made competitively with American labor. Our clients are able to cost-average their product line by having a lower price with Mexican production while retaining an American production source when urgent production is necessary.

With NAFTA there are significant advantages to producing sewn items in Mexico for export to the United States.  We are able to cut fabric in the United States for production in Mexico to take advantage of the 9802 (formerly 807) provision of the U. S. tariff code dealing with U. S. manufactured goods. We also take advantage of the Maquiladora provisions of Mexican law to gain additional tariff advantages.

Our partner in Mexico is located in Culiacan, the thriving capital of the Mexican state of Sinaloa.  We are only 2 hours north of Mazatlan on the Mexican west coast.
